Complaints and ADR

If you are dissatisfied with a service provided to you, you may send a written complaint to info@visaexpert.cz.

1. How to file a complaint

Please describe what the complaint relates to, what result you expect, and attach any relevant documents available to you.

2. Out-of-court consumer dispute resolution

If you are a consumer and the dispute cannot be resolved by mutual agreement, you may submit a proposal for out-of-court resolution to the Czech Trade Inspection Authority.
